I visited the restaurant recently and the quality of food, chicken Fired rice was terrible .The food was so salty and I felt the rice was not well cooked , The service was not the best either because when I complained to the manager, his response was not positive either.

I ordered a family meal for 5...the fried rice was under cooked and tough. The teriyaki chicken looked (&tasted) boiled with no teriyaki flavor at all--was slimy, grey & fatty. Much of this was fed to my dogs. Won't be going back, as this seemed like overpriced "food". The staff were very nice, pleasant & professional though.

I came by here last week and picked up lunch that had been pre iously ordered . Honey Walnut Shrimp Later at work when I opened it up for lunch , there was only 5 pieces of Shrimp . I came back here today to eat before I want home . I explained to the girl what had previously happened . She DID NOT even say a word … nothing !!!!!! She DID NOT even offer an “ I’m Sorry that happened “ NO offer of “ I’ll add 2-3 pieces of Shrimp on this order to make up for it “ ABSOULTELY NOTHING … It makes me NOT even want to come back here … I don’t mind paying the price + the extra $1.50 charge for Honey Walnit Shrimp … BUT …. I WOULD like to get what I pay for

My sister and I visited a Panda Express in our town today for the first time. She had heard a lot about Panda Express and wanted to try it. Needless to say, I don't think we will be visiting there again. The food was okay, I guess. But I can't see going there when there are Authentic Chinese restaurants nearby, that serve anything you could want, as far as chinese goes. And there is a Chinese Buffet almost right across the road from this Panda Express, where you can enjoy all you can eat for roughly the same price. Anyway, I can't see what all the hubub is about with Panda Express. Like I said, the food was okay, so I wouldn't complain too much about that. It just doesn't hold up against real Chinese, like the restaurants.

Panda fills your plate with a lot of rice or chow mien (whether you want it or not) because it's cheap. They also cook with soy oil which contains a lot of omega-6 which causes inflammation and health problems.

I Went to Panda Express 5410 sliver hill rd Suitland Maryland with my mom to grab lunch around 10:40am and we had to wait for food because employees wasn’t at work yet and the manager was hosting interviews I asked for sweet fire chicken , orange chicken and rice I requested for fresh food because the food quality wasn’t good and the rice was hard my order was messed up it was poor communication with the staff and the employees argued with me about my order telling me she was going by what was written on the box but I was not finishing ordering me being in the military I did not appreciate the disrespect and the service I asked for a manager and all the employees was acting as a manager but couldn’t fix the problem I was not satisfied at all

We did survey and then returned to 80401 shortly and ordered a $10.60 plate, did not get a free side order as promised and was charged $38.40. This is racketeering.
