Dear Penny, We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you. While Panda Drum is a U.S.-based company, some of our orders ship from our warehouse overseas due to stock availability. This helps us fulfill orders efficiently and maintain a steady inventory, but we deeply regret that your order arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Your concerns have been taken very seriously, as we deeply value every customer who chooses Panda Drum. This is not the experience we strive for and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our management team has already reached out to you personally to ensure this is fully resolved, as well as to confirm that your order has been fully refunded. Additionally, we’ve offered an extra gesture to make things right, as we truly want to turn this experience around for you. We’re waiting to hear back from you and would love the opportunity to discuss the best way forward. Warmest regards, The Panda Drum Team

Hello Margaret, We’re sorry you’ve felt frustrated by the shipping timeline. After reviewing our records: 1. On-Time Shipping: Your order left our facility within 48 hours, which aligns with the 5–9 day delivery window shown at checkout. 2. Third-Party Tracking Confusion: You provided a screenshot from a different website—one we never directed you to—which incorrectly suggested it would take a month. Our official tracking link indicated a typical delivery time, but the conflicting information caused alarm. 3. Late-Night Contact: We reached out immediately upon receiving your review, not realizing the time zone difference would make our messages arrive so late. Our goal was simply to clarify the situation and offer solutions. 4. Refund Option: We offered a full refund if you were no longer comfortable with the purchase, so you wouldn’t feel stuck with an order you believed might be severely delayed. We understand this may have seemed overwhelming, but we always aim to respond quickly and keep you informed. If you need further details or clarification, feel free to email us at [[email protected]]. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to accurate, reliable service for all our customers. —Panda Drum Customer Support

Dear Theresa, First and foremost, we want to deeply apologize for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced with your order. Your feedback truly matters to us, and we are sincerely sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations in terms of timely delivery, communication, and overall customer support. We completely understand how important it is to receive your order on time, especially when it’s a special gift, and we’re sorry that we were unable to provide you with more accurate and timely information. While we do our best to fulfill orders within the expected timeframe, the holiday season has unfortunately led to delays, and we regret that your order was affected. We also want to sincerely apologize for how the situation was handled. It’s clear that we fell short in communication, and we understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We will be addressing this internally and working with our support team to ensure that all of our customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve moving forward. Our goal is always to make sure our customers feel heard, supported, and valued—and we clearly missed the mark in your case. As part of our effort to make things right, we did offer you a full refund for the inconvenience, and we’re following up to ensure it has been processed successfully. If the refund has not yet been reflected in your account, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly, and we will prioritize resolving this for you. We’ve also been closely monitoring the tracking for your order to make sure we do everything we can to get it delivered as soon as possible. If we can do anything further to help, please reach out. Once again, we are deeply sorry for the frustration this has caused, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with the service you deserve. Warm regards, The Panda Drum Team
