Panda DrumReviews of pandadrum.com

First - LOVE the tones of this drum. Very soothing. I got the Panda Drum +. I ordered another and messed up the shipping to a family member - which brings me to my second observation: how very helpful the customer service staff is at Panda Drum. Thank you ll!

The best drum ever, very relaxing and beautiful to play and look at. It brings me so much peace and calmness after long days of work in the ER. The best purchase ever. The customer service is excellent as well. I love my panda drum.

I am impressed by the quality of the Panda Drums. They are a little pricey, but worth it. I had a few questions regarding a shipping delay and customer service representatives were awesome and very understanding. My adult daughter loves her drum.

Fast responses, friendly and very helpful providing replacement stickers for a drum purchased years ago. Free of charge!

Absolutely love this drum. It’s so soothing to play it. I usually follow my intuition and play it but you can follow the music book that it comes with also. The customer service is phenomenal too. Have already raves about it to all my friends. Thanks guys. ❤️❤️❤️

I love the drum. The only downside was delivery info but that’s not the their fault. I feel so relaxed when I hear the music. Very therapeutic to a stressful day!

Panda Drum provides THE BEST customer support whenever a question arises! I've contacted them twice and both times they replied quickly. Their responses are thoughtful and express their understanding of your issue and they answered my question(s) and resolved my issue immediately. They truly care about their customers and strive to ensure their customers are completely satisfied with their Panda Drum. In addition to great customer support, I absolutely LOVE my Panda Drum.

Love my Panda Drum! I have absolutely no musical ability, but am finding it remarkable easy to play. And the customer service has been excellent! They have promptly answered any of my questions. Highly recommend.
