Hi Jag, Really sorry for what happened. You ordered expecting fast US delivery and ended up waiting 45 days for part of the order. That’s not okay. Once it reached us, we got everything resolved the same day: full refund and your remaining drum expedited from our US warehouse with tracking shared immediately. Hi Jack, Sorry your grandson’s birthday got caught up in this. Your package was stuck in transit and the tracking should’ve been updated way sooner. Once we saw it, we shipped an expedited replacement from our US warehouse with new tracking within 24 hours, and it arrived a few days later. Hi Takarra, We’d like to clarify the situation publicly for transparency. Your order, placed in October, included two Panda Drums, which were shipped separately. According to carrier records, both shipments were marked as delivered, each with proof of delivery. At the time of delivery, we did not receive any communication indicating that an item was missing. When you reached out again nearly two months later, our support team immediately provided the tracking information for both packages and followed up multiple times to help investigate. Shortly after receiving the tracking details, this review was posted, and we did not receive any further responses from you despite several attempts to reconnect. Even so, to make absolutely sure nothing was left unresolved, we proactively reshipped the drum you indicated might be missing, despite both original deliveries showing as completed. That replacement has since arrived, and we’ve again reached out to confirm everything is now resolved, but have not heard back. We take fulfillment issues seriously and always aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly.
