We had a shipping issue that was handled immediately and so very kindly by Michaela. I can’t wait to hear what my son says about the drum. I’m very excited to have him receive it as a Christmas gift. I will up date this review after that but I expect joy and gratefulness to be my feeling.

I ordered 2 drums almost a month in advance of Christmas. While their customer service always very promptly answered my emails they weren’t able to give a firm delivery date. Eventually it became obvious the drums wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas so I cancelled my order. They immediately refunded my payment. This review is written to share that Panda Drum has excellent customer service.

The drum arrived. I am thrilled. I did not open it, much as I wanted to, because I want her to have the fun of opening the package fresh. I wrapped it in sturdy christmas wrap and mailed it today from my local post office. It will arrived well before Christmas. Mission Accomplished!!! Thanks so much for your superb customer care. I will highly recommend this website. P.S. She just called! She LOVES her Panda Drum. I think I might have to get one now for me!!

Took my Panda drum up into the Angeles Crest for some relaxing time away from civilization. The gentle sound of the D minor tuning combined with the breeze in the trees, the sound of water trickling down below, and the occasional crow coming to investigate made this a memorable trip to the mountains.
