My banker was amazing and kept up with my progress on the application the entire time!

Although the prn loan processing took longer than expected, my primary banker James kept me updated every step of the way. Excellent customer service. I also ended up choosing to open a checking account with them. You get a discount on the APR for your loan if you pay for it through one or their bank accounts.
