I haven't received my order yet so I can't complete this.

I’m trying to return some product that I just received a desert leather bag and a yellow leather bag. Both are the wrong colors and I need to return them. I’ve written your customer service department and sent an email to the help desk as directed and thus far I have not received an answer. The size laptop indicated in the description is too small. My laptop would not fit, but it is a nice bag.

I have ordered twice from this company through etsy and their website around a year ago. I believe they've either closed shop or sold their inventory because whoever is dealing with it now is just scamming customers and never sending the item or sending fake leather goods. Stay away and avoid placing orders.
