Shady company. I had 2 fraud charges from this company when I called for more information they kept hanging up one me.

I purchased the new ice cream machine. It is a piece of crap!!! It doesn’t freeze the ice cream mixture at all😡😡😡😡😡

I held a party in Jan for the double special on free product. My consultant turned in my paper work hours late and the company charged me an extra $115 for half of the free product. When I asked about it they said I could return all the product for a refund of $115. Which leaves me with ZERO free product. Terrible customer satisfaction.

Wir haben einiges an Pampered Chef Sachen gekauft. Der Airfryer läuft bei uns fast jeden Tag - sehr vielseitig. Die Messer sind toll und die Schüsseln und Ofenprodukte sind echt klasse. Daumen hoch!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, hatte ein Problem abschließend und wurde in kurzer Zeit kontaktiert und mein Problem direkt behoben! Klasse 👍🏼

I reached out a week ago regarding my air fryer as it stopped heating. I was very abruptly told it had a one year warranty and here’s a link to a new one!! ( not the customer service I was excepting from PC) Since nothing obviously was going to be done about it I had my husband see if he could fix it. As for a machine barely two years old that is so expensive it was very disappointing. After taking it apart this was his findings. The connection to the heater that’s on the circuit board overheated, burnt the connection on the circuit board. This happens to be a design fault and will continue to happen to air fryers and other electronics PC products made this way. This is also a MAJOR fire hazard as well. I will be sure to make this known to others as that would be devastating for a fire to start in someone’s kitchen.

Ich habe eine teure Thermo Schüssel gekauft. Leider sammelt sich nach kurzer Zeit Wasser im Deckel dass man nicht mehr rausbekommt. Auch ist die warmhalteleistung nicht so das werbeversprechen. Bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht weil die thermoschüssel teuer war. Eine Anfrage bei pampered Chef blieb erfolglos. Der Service reagiert überhaupt nicht.

Normally, I love all the PC products. I have hosted several parties and always get great benefits. I am just recently upset that my electric grill/griddle has broken down after two years (all my other appliances I've had for YEARS and have had no issues). It is out of warranty. I tried the fixes mentioned on the internet, and what customer service told me to do, but it still just won't work. They are expensive! I would think an item like this would have a longer warranty OR they just need to make it better so it lasts longer.
