No response from customer service. I did my order which never arrived and money was not returned. I wouldn't buy again

They display item as 1 kg and they are shipping 500 g for same price paid, very bad experience, never again

Very bad customer service, or (no customer service at all) I have not received my order and nobody replied to my request, I paid the money but did not get the product. Do not purchase from here be careful.

Dar una estrella es demasiado! Pésimo servicio al cliente! Luego de 15 días de no saber nada de mi pedido me comunico y me informan un problema con los datos de mi dirección y que los envié nuevamente, 10 días después recibo mi pedido y me encuentro con que estaban la mitad de las cosas, me vuelvo a contactar y me informar que me llegará la otra parte en unos días! PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Terrible customer service. Nobody answered my request. They charged my credit card for the total amount and after one week they didn't ship my order. I sent emails, WhatsApp, and others with no way to get my money back and cancel the order.

An item was missing, that was near 18 U$D. They never replied my email asking what happened with that or how to solve the issue or anything. I put a claim with PayPal but lost it because they say they received shipment tracking from the seller confirming that the item was delivered . Yes, the delivery note says it was delivered, I paid for it, but it wasn’t in the box. How can I prove that? Well, never more from Pampadirect for me. A shame because they have good prices and quick delivery. But they stole me 18 U$D.

De las peores experiencias! Lo único que saben hacer es pagar a “famosos” para que le hagan propaganda pero en lo que se refiere a “servicio” no tienen idea lo que significa esa palabra. Tenes que andar atrás de ellos preguntando que pasa con el envío y después de semanas, si, SEMANAS, TE DICEN QUE NO PUEDEN HACERLO. Lucas Campbell = LA PEOR ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. No gasten plata ni energía en esta cia, hay mejores y más económicas.

Hice una compra el 16/06, paso un mes y no llego mi pedido, la supuesta empresa no hacia nada mientras mi pedido (que era super sencillo) estaba parada en la aduana de alemania, reclame mil veces y ahora ya paso el plazo en el que me iban a devolver los 200 USD que gaste, y no recibi nada, poco profesionales y pesimo servicio.
