Dear Jim McDaniel, As we stated previously, the cut metal sign you ordered had no custom note on it caused the item would be made as the same as our mock up which had the text "The Crawfords". It may be that there was an error when you made the order. Your positive shopping experience is of the utmost importance to us and we thank you for bringing this to our attention as we will be looking into this. We were trying to issue you the refund. However, regarding this order, the manufacturer needs other proof photos of the width and length of the shirt. Please make sure that the shirt is on flat ground and the photos can show the full measure tape for our reference. We will review this case again once we receive your response.
