Very poor service and I strongly recommend you don’t buy from them as the pictures on the website are AI and altered and the real thing is no where near what you expect compared to other high quality companies, beware

Lots of promises, no delivery. Order from website, delivery date provided, never rec'd tracking info after numerous requests, finally get a rely after threatening chargeback for payment with a tracking number and apology saying "it was stuck in customs" - confirmed with courier that the request to deliver was only put in that day - so total lies. Courier still doesn't have it as they were only booked to collect it, missed the date for the item to arrive for a surprise - started chargeback to get my money from them. Also, be aware, the website is dodgy, it does not allow you to go in and check on previous orders or look up current progress of orders. definitely one to avoid if you actually need something important...

As mentioned in our previous communication, there was a production mistake with your order, which required us to remake it on June 5. We did provide an estimated delivery timeframe of June 16 to June 24, which was reflected on the product page as well. Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. However, we do acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays beyond the stated timeframe. We regret that this has affected your experience and are reviewing our processes to improve in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
