Ordered a pro series stump grinder. Wiring was not set up for our skid(which they said it was). 36 days later no response other than we apologize for the delay, we are no longer able to help with the situation at the moment because we have not heard back. All I needed to know is the wiring (hot/common) and that it didnt work when we figured out the wiring(on our own no help from them. If you need help you will call and you will be transfered to 4 different people and they will only be able to confirm that you have an open ticket for a question and they can not help you. Product came fast, cheap. Have ordered from them before and that product was great, but never needed customer service before. BEWARE, if you need help with a piece of equipment, it could take months for them to respond

I entered my Email and address to see shipping costs and they have blew my inbox up. Spammers

They make a landscape rake and gauge wheel attachment for it… The wheel attachment arms are too short for the rake. Therefore the wheels hit the rake when turning. You can’t go In reverse like the rake is intended for. Also, the rake is intended to rotate 360 degrees…. Well that’s not possible unless you completely uninstall the gauge wheel attachment…,Again it’s all because the arms get in the way of the rotating arm..

Customer service is terrible. Long wait times, do not return calls for updates. I received my product which was package terrible. Parts were falling out of the package as I moved it off the truck. I quickly inventoried the parts and found that there were missing parts. I called and sent pictures of the shipment and paid the $111.00 shipping insurance and still do not know when I will receive the missing parts! I also had to pay an extra $75.00 for oversize packaging which was a waste as it did not stop missing parts. I will never purchase any product from them again!

These guys suk they will f u in a second. It cost me 10.500$ They are awful. My name is Bob Dodd I've never been ripped off so bad in my 60 years of life. No BS they get stuff built in China and When it doesn't work out they stop selling it and will not deal with you. Won't even talk to you.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a cutter for my skid steer. Local company told me I was making a mistake, I should have listened. It’s been over a month since they took money. 4 different tracking #’s and none of them work. Still no cutter. No one will answer the phone and when they do you cannot understand them. DO NOT BUY here unless you want them to hold your $ and not get the product.

Watch out from pricing games with this company. If they drop their prices on something you just bought, it has to happen within 24 hours. Your purchase could still be unshipped and they will not honor the sales price after 24 hours. Also, they claim free shipping but will charge $75 handling fess for larger items. Be warned.
