They changed the price the item was before it went in my cart. When the 10% discount was applied, the price changed again so the discounted price was a little higher than the original price.

Ordered Pallet forks. Dropped off at our dock doors and left outside when business was closed. Product was damaged, paint chipped, rusted areas, and the top bar was bent. The attachment looked used. Called customer service number and was on hold for over one hour at which time the answering machine said, "no one could answer at this time, call back later." i tried another option on the recording. Got a rep who quickly transfered me to another endless hold line. I still have not gotten any help for a return or refund.

I'd love to tell you about this product but it has not shown up! On 24th of November I order proseries frame, forks, conus 2 bale sear and 2 short bale spears, today is December 18th and everything but the frame has showed up. The goal post for estimated shipping keeps sliding to the right originally December 5 and now February 4th. Called customer support and they very rudely told me that I'd have to ship the forks back if I wanted to swap to a different frame that isn't made with unicorn tears. If you do business with these folks do not order anything that is showing back ordered! Everything that was shipped to me is absolutely useless without the frame and this is what make this situation so frustrating, well that and their BS text pushing sales while they cant fill the orders that they currently have. Think twice before "saving" a buck with titan.

called and asked for a recommend for a quick hitch. they told me which one i should get. i got it, it will not fit my implements. it is too wide at the bottom from side to side. no exchanges or refunds since they say it is my fault it will not fit, but they recommended it. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN OR PALLET FORKS. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, AND DO NOT CARE AFTER THAT.

I have purchase five skid steer attachments from PalletForks.com over the last three years at a cost of about $7000. The non-hydraulic products are relatively sound as long as they are only used for light duty regularly and/or heavy duty very occasionally. Any hydraulic attachments are likely destined to fail just outside of any basic warranty period. Certainly NOT for professional reliability standards. If customer service ever needs to be accessed, brace for frustration. Two support cases involved attachments that had hydraulic connections to my skid steer. The first was due to the cables being damaged when pinched by my machine. The instructions stated nothing about this possibility and to “just hook up and go to work”. It took a little persistence, but I finally got them to send new lines. However, they would not offer any reimbursement for the labor to change them out. The second case was just recently and rather shocking in this age of corporate liability. A skid steer front hoe attachment was sold without any operations manual included or even available upon request. The only reference was a parts diagram that stated on the very first page, "Read the Operator’s Manual entirely. When you see this symbol, the subsequent instructions and warnings are serious. Follow without exception. Your life and the lives of others depend on it!”. Repeated correspondence on this matter eventually ended up with the sound of crickets and my case was incorrectly labeled as solved. For the average customer, this is a huge red flag (and a great source of research for any legal case against this company). As for me, I am mechanically inclined enough to make repairs or otherwise have the resources to correct any product failures. This was a gamble that I was willing to take for the economical pricing of their product line, but no longer. The issue with not having an operations manual available to customers is an interoffice goof at least and a critical lack of legal/ethical accountability at worst. It generally screams that PalletForks.com is grossly operating contrary to it's fluffy customer service commitment in their corporate pledge. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. (PalletForks.com out of Memphis, Tennessee and is under the corporate umbrella of Titan Attachments and Titan Distributors, Inc. at TitanBrands.com.)

Bought the Flail Mower. It broke on second use, less than 2 hours on it mowing grass. Filed warranty claim. They suggested I take it somewhere and get repair estimate. Did that, not worth repairing. Have been put off for 10 weeks so far. Sent photos, video of warped tube caused by defective hammers. Company is slow to respond to any emails and has not responded to me in over 3 weeks now. You have to do all of your contact with them thru email, no one will take your call unless you are ordering something. I truthfully cannot see how a company can treat customers like this and have a decent rating.

The product came in (2) shipments and they left the main fork carriage behind my wife’s car and she almost rant it over. I also cannot get the carriage to line up on my JD tractor. It should havre been a quick attach and it was not. I may have to modify or try and sent it back which will be a big pain to do with this heavy of a part. Not very happy with the weld quality of this product also.
