I still don't have my painting..and can't seem to find out WHEN IT WILL BE HERE!??? WHY HAS IT TAKEN OVER 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER?? WHY WONT ANYONE TELL ME ANYTHING??

I was told I would receive my paint by…
I was told I would receive my paint by numbers by the 22nd of Feb. It has not been delivered yet. I was also unaware the package was coming from China. If I would have known that I would have found another company that’s closer.

Be prepared to wait a long time
When purchased it stated we would receive the product within 2 weeks. Was purchased the first week of February and still has not left China. They are asking for a review for something we still have not received.

Quality of canvas and…
Quality of canvas and paint/paintbrushes were good however we had an incorrect paint color and the colors in the photo sent didn't match the patient we were given for example the person in the sent in Ohio had a white shirt and paint for shirt was a light blue. Email was sent requesting the color that was incorrect entirely and never got a response. Can I get a refund?
