Remind me of when I was a kid. Love it. Turned out great thank you

Great product!!

Package not delivered to my address. Don't know where it is. This was a valentine gift. This sucks total. Delivery agency is terrible. Requested refund, no word yet from retailer. Next step is credit card company.

My experience is pleasant. My project is a work in progress. Canvas is good quality and paints are creamy. Very satisfied.

Shipping took so long

I think I ordered 3 custom canvases from you. I only received 1 which was sent to the wrong address. I have 2 addresses and I asked for my order to be shipped to my address which is not my billing address. I am so disappointed because I wanted to paint them as gifts for my dying mother. Shame on you for not looking more closely at the order.

It took a month for the kit to arrive. When it did, it was the wrong kit. All of the correspondence received showed the kit that I ordered (red and white flowers). The kit that arrived had fish. The kit was shipped from overseas so I am not sure how a return/exchange is going to work. Fortunately, I will be able to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Very good quality. The painting as exactly like the pic I sent. Would buy again
