Although it arrived a little later than expected (ordered Dec 6 and arrived Dec 27), the kit arrived with everything advertised. It has 36 colors as ordered and paint brushes and the right size but we were very disappointed because the company way over exposed the image I sent. The background was blown out and the greens were black. We're very unsatisfied.

Do not order from this company they are a scam. Not a Uk company and order did not arrive for 17 days which was too late.

I ordered this Dec 10, got a notification it shipped Dec 12. I haven't heard from it since (over a month later). I reached out to customer support and didn't not receive a follow up. If I could give zero stars I would. Will likely do a charge back on the card. Incredibly disappointing. This apparently ships from China and the customer support is virtually useless. I'd assume a couple weeks to get here from overseas, but they use a third party tracking website that provides zero update other than "this order was processed on Dec. 12"

Turned out better than I expected

I just received the kit and it looks good, ready to paint.

I’m on my fifth painting, one every year of my grandson’s birthday so obviously it’s a nice idea because I do have painting skills. However I never know what I’m going to get. One year the paints arrived in a baggie, the last two didn’t have a numbered sheet to refer to for touch ups and if you are painting a person of color, you have to blend and shade on your own because all 5 times he looks like he has half a beige face and half brown. I’ll continue to do this every year because I do have an art background and it’s a lot of fun.

I have not even received the item, Order #75373. The only information available to me is that the goods have been received and are in normal transit. 2025-12-29 19:22 When I try to track this missing order, the system asks me to give my credit card information. I feel very uncomfortable to do so. I will NEVER order from Paint with Number.
