I received my painting and got started on it. Halfway through, I began to notice that the colors they sent me were all wrong. This was supposed to be a gift, but I couldn't use it. Where they should have sent greens, they sent bright blue and navy. There was one section of pure white and they sent bright blue....I tried multiple times to reach out for a refund and was ignored, told to just use what I had and do my best or I could get another one. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They sent me a product that I can't use and the colors weren't even close to what they should have been. Then they refused to acknowledge their mistake and make it right. Very disappointed.

You're asking for a review, this is the third email for a review and I haven't received the items yet....still waiting. ORDER #40687 Placed Dec. 12, 2022. Was under the impression that it was shipped from the US. I guess I was wrong.

I have done 5 or 6 paintings (currently working on an Owl for My Grandson) now and they have all been the best quality. I find the paint pot amount is more than adequate for what is needed. It's a nice past time that you can start and stop as you wish. Completed pictures always look great!

It was a great gift. Not complete yet, but the custom colors seem to be right on. Excited to see the outcome!

When I first bought it the estimated date of arrival was december 21. But there was a huge delay in delivery and not a clear indication of where the package was.

How can I review a product that is still on a ship coming from China a month after I ordered it!! You need to state shipping times and origins on the site. This was a Christmas gift for my mom. Maybe she’ll get it by July??

The paint was dry!

This took almost a month to get here. Customer service was not helpful.
