Paint with NumberReviews of paintwithnumber.com

The first time I used PBN I was surprised at how nice the picture turned out...so I did several more...but when my granddaughter, Cierra presented me with a "Custom Paint By Number", I was amazed at how exactly like the original picture it turned out! She had HER favorite photo of she and me made into a custom PBN...I painted it and gave it back to her as a gift. She LOVES IT! That started a whole new hobby for me. Now, I use the Custom PBN to make gifts for close friends and family. It ALWAYS is welcome and they are always surprised at "what an artist" I am. Try doing a special photo...it is so cool!

As you can see, the dog in the photo is shades of brown and white and the paint they sent in the kit is primarily blue and green. On what planet is a malamute green and blue? They obviously need to recalibrate their paint dispenser and I will have to try to fix this painting with my own paint colors. Also, there are dozens of teeny tiny itsy bitsy spots of different colors that represent highlights and shadows, yet the dog’s two front feet were numbered with a big blob of one color. All the definition you see in this photo was improvised by me. Two stars because it can be a fun experience but this particular kit was a big disappointment.

The canvas always looks exactly like the photo I send in and looks so real when I finish. They create great memories that the whole family can enjoy!

The product is great, and it arrived very quickly. My wife loves doing these paint-by-numbers.

The photo I sent in was for a beautiful Cape Code ocean view at sunset and with the 36 color option I believed that it would look similar enough to the original that you could make out what it was. The photo, once rendered into the system, seemed to be darker, which led to the actual painting to look like a monotone blob instead of the variance of colors I thought would be there. This could be my own fault as I did not purchase the 48 color version but I had believed that the 36 would’ve at least been serviceable for the price. I think I will be looking elsewhere for another painting in the future and am hoping for a possible refund on the order.

I like to paint with their kits. The canvas is highly detailed and the result always looks good!

Love the product! I can't believe how easy it was, the quality is amazing, will be buying again in the future!

I have ordered from this company before and I was very pleased by it and was so excited to order more. The second time I ordered was very disappointing. The colors did not match the picture I sent in or the color palette they sent back. Colors that were supposed to be a light brown (on the actual picture and the one they sent back) were actually green or grey paints. It’s very disheartening because it isn’t cheap to order these.
