I order a custom photo of a person but it looks like (low-ish quality) AI image generation was used to convert it to a paint by numbers. For paint by numbers from other companies the shapes manage to evoke the actual subject/photo in a subtle way and I feel like that was lost by processing the photo this way.

This was a complete waste of money. I ordered as a special birthday gift and it took over 10days to arrive even tho it stated express delivery. I contacted customer service and it took 4 days for them to reply. Customer service were rude and not bothered at all that this had taken so long to reach me. The paint by number arrived and the quality was awful - I feel I paid £37 for a piece of flimsy paper and an image which resembles a cartoon character. Really disappointed and won’t be using this company again. Please don’t waste your money!

I love it. It’s turning out so beautifully. The paint could be better quality and I need more than they’ve supplied but I love how it printed.

I was surprised to see that the paint was not prenumbered, and that I had to do it myself using a key. Additionally, the lines on the canvas are faint and very hard to see, and the different sections are not shaded and coordinated to the colors as they are in other kits. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

This was the best thing ever!!! Colours were slightly cool toned but overall we will absolutely be ordering more. Paint brushes were also a bit large for the smaller areas, but I just purchased some smaller ones

this made me want to start painting officially. I had a good time painting it and honestly no one believes I just painted it...I think it can also be a good gift.

The kit took a long time to be delivered, and it was ultimately delivered to the wrong address (ie., someone else’s home). When I contacted customer care to ask for a refund, they instead suggested I go and pick up the kit myself at the address it had been (incorrectly) delivered to.
