The ordering process was simple and very easy. I received my 2 pbn kit quickly and in good condition.

This product ships from China. Ordered 11/23 and still not here for Christmas. Don’t order from these people, find a US based company that has better shipping. Edit: I contacted the company for a refund which they issued immediately so I’ve increased my review score slightly. I’m not sure where the company is based per their reply to this review but their product does not ship from the United States.

I don’t have any response from paint whit numbers , they sent me the wrong item and I emailed them and no one responded , and no phone number I can call to contact them, I am very disappointed ☹️. I hope I get some help with this. I brought framed 50x70cm , 48 colors and a professional paint brush total $160 and I got only couple colors and only the canvas no framed or paint brushs. 😔

Order still not received after 15 days! No indicator that the product was coming from China until it was on its way and won’t arrive in time for Christmas. So disappointed, and now really worried about the quality that it will be if it does show up

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered two of these as gifts for a special Christmas gift exchange happening on December 24. When I placed the order the site guaranteed that they would arrive before Christmas. Tracking shows that my items are still in China and when I reached out to the company I was told they will arrive on December 28. I asked for a refund since I now have to buy two additional, different, last-minute gifts for this special Christmas party. I have no use for these paint-by-number items after Christmas. Terrible customer service—was told they will not refund any portion of my purchase. Will not use this company again and would recommend you don't use them, either!

I have NOT received my order even though it has been well over a month since I placed my order. Tried tracking my package but this company hasn't given me the USPS parcel number that I need to do so.

Customer care is responsive, products are well done, and quality is excellent

Impressed with the customization on these painting kits. didn't expect the quality to be this good either, feels premium.
