I sent this company 3 message regarding the poor color match they provided. No reply to date and it been a week. I will not use this company again. Their customer service is as good as their paint mixing ability!

Order touch up tube for 1977 pontiac that was repainted 5yrs ago and it matched perfect. Ordered two spray cans for same car and paint was light gray and supposed to be light tan. Wanted to return or replace and they will not do it as it is a 1977 car. No customer service so I will not be ordering again. I ordered based on reviews but they will delete this one. Cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

By far the worst company i have ever dealt with! No phone number, no way to contact the company about something specific about a color ordered. Message left with the order was completely ignored. Don’t go there!

Totally wrong color, lots of words about replacement, guarantee, etc but no answers, no replacement, no way to email back. Have heard nothing from them. This place is a scam selling overpriced colors of the day! Don't waste your time with these clowns. The color swatch on their website is RIGHT but the color sent out is a way off wrong color even having given them the correct VIN, confirmed with Winnebago, and trailer is brand new, no accidents, no repaint! Do yourself a favor and save money and time by going to a local automotive body shop paint mix/supply store and having them scan the color for you. Oh, if anyone wants some dark silver paint from these clowns you can have mine - I'll trade for an off white!

Sent the wrong color and refused to refund me or send out corrected color. I had to call my bank to dispute the order. HORRIBLE SCAM

Paint does not match, it is way too light. When I filled out return form online it said no refund or returns because it’s for a 1956 car and there is no guarantee. I totally understand no guarantee it’ll match MY car, but what you gave me is not Verona Green and will not match any Verona Green car 1165862 Invoice number

On my order # 1162012, I can’t give a very good review for Paintscratch because after receiving the paint, and the clearcoat from them, the paint that I received was definitely the wrong color.. I did what they told me to do and sent everything needed to San Leandro color, attention Betsy and I have not heard anything back from them at all .. in the letter to them I told them I do not expect my money back, just if you could send me the correct one and charge me for it .. I even sent the correct paint color from the factory, back to them, I guess I wasted $70.00.. I took the actual paint chip to O’Reillys auto parts here in Oklahoma City and they matched perfectly and got me a spray can of it for $24! I did use Paintscratch clearcoat, it was fine. I ordered primer, base coat, and clear coat for a repair I need to do on my vehicle. This is a popular paint color on a lot of vehicles, so I figured it would be an easy paint to mix. I sprayed a test sample and knew immediately it was way off. My paint has a very minimal amount of pearl flakes in it. What they sent me looks like a bass boat. I sent them the sample they requested, and they told me that it matches their color chip perfectly. Obviously they have the wrong chip. I have talked with the dealership, a body shop, another online paint match supplier, and an auto parts store that mixes factory paint and they all say the same thing. Paintscratch.com is wrong. Customer service here has been useless, defensive, and borderline incompetent. I will never use this company again. Thank you for a complete waste of $139.69.
