Paint didn’t match. Put in a ticket and it’s been over a week with absolutely no response. No response to follow up email. I would not use again.

Finally opened my PaintScratch package that I had received in 2019. Yes, I know that is a while, but didn't need it a the time. Upon opening and unsealing the product, I found that the paint was dry in the tube, the clearcoat tube was dry, and the unopened bottle of acetone was empty as well. I contacted customer service and got a snippity email stating that the product was bought 6 years ago. I mentioned back that there is no expiration date anywhere, but never received a reply. I have other paint pens that are used and over 8 years old and they still work fine. DO NOT BUY !

The paints they sent do not match each other. I can understand that the paint that is sent might not match the vehicle it was ordered for; hey it happens... If I order a red product in Aerosol; 2 oz and touchup pen; I expect those colors to be the same. I didn't have any control over making the products. The aerosol can was the main product I was planning on using and it was a far cry from the same color as the liquid paints. I'm not talking a little off! I experienced the same difference in the White Aerosol vs 2 oz paint. I can see why they don't guarantee a color match to the customers vehicles; I wouldn't either. I do think they should mix a color and it should be the same through all of the products in the order. In my case they were not! I will never order from them again.

The color wasn’t right

They sent the wrong color and now I have a dark green spot on my hood. Wrote to the company and was told someone would contact me... and no one ever did. Sent an email after my complaint and I followed up. They only asked if I received my paint and did it arrive. Not satisfied at all! Pay a little more and go through the dealer.

I received a defective product and the company has refused to make it right. That speaks for itself. They’ve made it clear: the policy is guaranteed, the product isn’t.

I submitted an order but received a system error saying that the order could not be processed due to their server problem. I chose not to contact them via email. I assumed my order did not go through since I did not receive an order confirmation or subsequent shipping or tracking information. I decided to order from a different company. Surprise! On July 30th I received the order that supposedly did not process. When I contacted the company asking for a full refund and a prepaid shipping label,they claimed that their emails may have gone to spam folder, (not their problem) which they didn't, so they can't refund the paint because it is custom mixed (not really, a standard manufacture color). Very frustrating since I never actually thought I ordered from them and now can't get my money refunded.

Paintscratch, Inc. I'm just warning people not to buy paint from this company they are the worst company ever I ordered Gray paint from this company on their chart it shows its Gray they sent me Brown instead this is very funny they asked me to send a paint sample I don't have any paint that's why I'm ordering it from them and then they would send me the right color would not return my money would not send me the right color of paint would not send me a return slip had to go through my credit card company to get my money back they should have corrected their mistake or gave me my money back
