first, please know that this product comes from overseas. Do not ask for a timeframe because they won't give you one. The website says they'll get back to you in 24 hours, when I wrote an email they wrote 3 to 4 business days. They sent me tracking, but a week later, tracking shows it's still in an unknown location. At this point, I have no confidence that I will receive it, much less get it in good condition. I did emphasize to them I had a time frame, I was told you should have it in a few days. Buyer beware if you read this.

The paint was dry and clumpy. Contacted customer service and they said they are processing it. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything else from them. I’ve emailed them multiple times.

The colors of the paint don't match the colors in my actual picture!! I was wearing blue jeans, a green shirt, and had a black and white purse in real life.... The paint I got for it has me wearing a blue shirt, black jeans, and a blue and white purse! Not to mention my boyfriends BLUE/RED shirt is now PURPLE/BLACK in the painting!

Ordered a pic for my husband of myself for an anniversary gift.....the colors are wrong....the outfit I was wearing had a lot of red in it but no red paint was provided....when he finished the painting he sent me a picture and I look demonic in it.

I placed a order for a friend to give as a gift, after 3 1/2 weeks I received a email saying the picture was not there and I requested a rush and was not accompanied, instead of putting in a rush order since I waited a month they decided to cancel the order and will make me wait another 10 days to get my refund. I will not order from them again.

Their website clearly says if you received a bad paint swatch, send a photo and they will replace it. I sent my photo proof that one paint was unusable and they simply would not send me a replacement for their damaged product. Instead, told me to use a similar color from my pallet. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if the only other similar color was not already empty as is had been for the largest section of the painting.

This company is very misleading with delivery times. THEY"RE FROM CHINA. If you expect to get your stuff timely forget it. BEWARE!!!!! IT'S BEEN A MONTH and I'm still waiting!!!!!!!

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE product. I ordered a paintly paint by numbers for my fiancé as an anniversary gift and was extremely disappointed and upset with my product. Not only did it take 2 months to deliver to me, the color schematic that was assigned for my picture was awfully wrong. The greys and blacks were all assigned as green… which you can imagine is a horrible issue for a grey suit. I wasted hours hoping it would come together nicely but it was an awful product to begin with. I wasted my money on the painting and the extremely cheap frame they offer with the product. Don’t bother yourself with this, get something else like an artpix crystal or make a scrap book
