These guys were great. They worked with me to get a proper estimate for Marvel Zombicide and went out of their comfort zone to do GALACTUS who is jaw droppingly good. They were not fast, but they communicated time frame up front and delivered within a couple of days of estimates. The quality was better than what i was expecting given what was on their sample pages. I will be back.

The whole process from beginning to end was so well done by Painted Figs. I have worked with them before and picked up a new set of mini's and first they communicate so well and so responsive from start to finish. They did a great job of laying out expectations and attention to detail. They had notified me of shipping and when I recieved the mini's they were amazing. OMG the attention to detail and the richness of the palette used. Amazing job...my friends all gushed over them too. Thank you so much for how you handle your clients. I am deeply appreciative.

Navin, Vasanth and their team provide an absolutely stellar customer service experience with very clear, consistent communication, great shipping times and impeccable results. I've used their services three times now and each time an already great experience has only gotten better! They really go the extra mile too. I had them finish off two armies for my last commission, and one of them had fairly complex basing, involving crystals amid 'natural' terrain and they matched that style perfectly. I don't believe I even asked them to, they just took care of business. I try to do as much of my own painting as possible to 'slay the gray', but when I run out of time, or lose enthusiasm for a project and have some cash spare to get it done right, on time, every time, I know exactly who to go to.

Navin and his talented staff have painted three orders for me to a high level of quality. They combine a simple pricing scheme with samples of prior work so you can anticipate what your army or exhibition level model will look like when the cherished box arrives at your door. Speaking of which, each model is packed in two layers of protective foam and having received at least 150 models from them I can report not a single model was damaged: not a sword or spiky bit! You can send them images for the talented team to work from or just let the artists play. As I said I have used PaintedFigs three times now, but a fourth order was sent out to them just yesterday.

This is a highly professional miniature painting service at a great price. They have done a variety of commissions for me and the team is very communicative, thoughtful, responsive, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. Their paint jobs are exquisite, their communication on point, and their packaging and shipping are top notch. I have done three commissions for figures numbering in the hundreds in terms of total figure count. Great communication, easy to follow process to ship from the U.S., and painting quality was better than expected on the quality I selected. Was so happy with the first batch that I immediately submitted another and the final is on the way soon. Great pictures send in advance for review and the occasional adjustment. A+ service and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I am a repeat customer (US based). I've commissioned Blood Angels, World Eaters (whole army), Sisters of Battle (whole army), the Qi and Gong crew from Malifaux and more. Each experience has been positive and the art/finished work exceeds expectations. My first commission was small. I was initially skeptical / cautious to pay up front, to ship models to Chicago, IL, to hope they end up in the appropriate studio, and for the artists to execute my vision. All of my concerns have been resoundingly assuaged. Now, I purchase commissions with confidence, knowing they are going to get it right. Cost 5/5 - Least expensive commission painting that is not your family or friend. Art - 4/5 - The Qi and Gong Malifaux crew they just completed for me is some of the best work I have ever seen. There are golden daemon painters out there that can paint individual models better, but not in the same time frame, or same cost bracket. Time 4 / 5 - You are shipping models around the world (depending where you are). This will take some extra time. There are programs to bump your project up in the queue to get it done faster or drop down in the queue to get it done for less money. Communication - 5 / 5. Every interaction I've had with their team over email has been professional and on point. They ask for a lot of details about the commission, but that is so they do it the way you want. Shipping - 5 / 5. Each model is individually wrapped in foam with extra foam inserts to support models with fragile bits. Models always arrive intact and easy to unpack. I will order from them again.
