This is one of the best companies to deal with, the sales rep Dan Lorenzo is always there for me to answer questions about products, new items, and some other tattoo related questions I needed help with. They have a huge selection of all the best products on the market, they have sales all the time which is great when you need to order in bulk. If there is ever anything missing from my order it is taken care of right away (this is usually my fault for leaving stuff in my cart for way too long) I’d highly recommend working with this company!!

They sent the wrong item as part of a shipment, a battery charger rather than a cam set. When I told them about it, they asked for the invoice, but there was no invoice included in the package. However, they then quickly sent the missing cam set, no questions asked. It's nice that they trusted me (a first-time customer) and also corrected the issue so quickly.
