Aunque finalmente la herramienta no se adaptó a las necesidades específicas de mi proyecto, el equipo fue siempre muy amable, rápido y profesional en sus respuestas. Solicité un reembolso explicando mi situación y, aunque según su política no estaban obligados a concederlo, estudiaron mi caso de forma individual y buscaron una solución razonable. Ese tipo de trato demuestra que detrás de la empresa hay personas que realmente intentan ayudar a sus clientes. También valoraron una sugerencia que les hice sobre incorporar un periodo de prueba gratuito para nuevos usuarios y me confirmaron que la trasladarían a su equipo de producto.
