Hi Nhu, Our response is the same as for Vicent since you notified us that you left two reviews on TrustPilot, and we hope one of those two messages will reach you. I’m sorry we had to block your affiliate account and void your commission, but we found that you were using a grey hat affiliate method to earn those commissions. Let me explain what happened in detail and hopefully clear things up. We observed that a significant portion of your traffic (over 80%) was coming from Google Ads, while the remainder (around 20%) originated from your website. Unfortunately, our affiliate program explicitly prohibits sending direct traffic from Google Ads to avoid conflicts with our own marketing efforts. These rules are clearly outlined on your affiliate dashboard at the time of sign-up and are accessible every time you log into your affiliate portal. Additionally, they are stated in our affiliate terms and conditions. We are confident that you were aware of these guidelines but chose to disregard them. Due to this violation, your account was flagged, and we monitored the traffic for several weeks. When we confirmed that ads were continuously being run on our branded keywords in Google Ads, we made the difficult decision to void the associated commissions and block your affiliate account. This activity not only drives up the cost of our advertising but also breaches our program’s policies. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I sincerely regret that it came to this. We take all feedback seriously, and as a result, our affiliate program will now operate on an invitation-only basis to prevent similar issues in the future. This change allows us to better monitor affiliate activities and ensure adherence to our policies. That said, we are committed to running a fair and reliable affiliate program. We currently have over 1,000 affiliates who are paid on time and comply with the guidelines. I ask you to reconsider your feedback, as the decision was made solely due to your non-compliance with the rules. Our program remains available to affiliates who operate with good intentions, and your comments do not reflect the quality or reliability of our tool or program. Wishing you all the best, Alex @ PagePilot.ai

Hi David, I’m sorry we had to block your affiliate account and void your commission, but we found that you were using a grey hat affiliate method to earn those commissions. Hi CD, Thank you for your feedback! I’d like to clarify that your account was in a FREE trial, during which you can connect to only one store. We offer multiple store integrations for the paid plans. Regarding the app: we integrate your store with our app to allow you to import products seamlessly into your Shopify store, but this integration does not modify your store in any way. If you wish to disconnect, you can simply uninstall the app that you created during the setup—just as you installed it. If you need any assistance with this process, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help you to disconnect your store. All the best, Alex @ PagePilot.ai

Hi Nguyễn. Unfortunately, we can't accept affiliates who are bidding against us on platforms like Google Ads or Bing Ads. As written in our affiliate terms and services, we can't support this action. Those who are caught using this promotion method will be banned, and we will avoid all earned commissions. We're always open to changing your promoting methods.

Hey Daren, I’m really sorry about that—I totally get where you’re coming from. We’re just trying to help our customers, especially those new to e-commerce, by sharing tips and resources. But I completely understand if that’s not something you’re interested in. You can easily unsubscribe, or just let me know, and I’ll personally make sure you’re taken off the list. If there’s anything else I can do for you, feel free to reach out. All the best, Alex @ PagePilot.ai

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with PagePilot. We understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. First, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the automatic subscription renewal. This is something we're not in control of, and as stated on our website, you have the 3-day trial to test all our features and you can simply cancel it anytime from your customer account if you navigate to Plans & Billing. Our intention is never to force customers into a subscription they do not want. As per our policy, subscriptions automatically renew after the free trial unless canceled by the customer, but we understand this wasn't communicated clearly enough in your case. To address your concerns directly: **Compatibility Issues**: We understand that the system was not compatible with your theme. Unfortunately, while we do our best to support as many themes as possible, there are some limitations with outdated Shopify themes. We always try to expand our compatibility and add new themes, but some of them lack the capability of adding new sections. **Subscription Charges**: It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the transition from the free trial to the paid subscription. We can send an email 24 hours before charging you so that you're aware that your trial period will end soon. That's a really good suggestion, by the way. **Refund**: Jess has already processed a 90% refund for you. We understand that you were testing the product and you were not able to fully use it due to compatibility issues. I will ensure that our billing team processes the maximum possible refund for the inconvenience caused and cancels any further charges immediately. Moving forward, we will enhance our communication about trial periods and auto-renewal to prevent such issues from recurring. We would also like to invite you to try our service again in the future if you consider changing your theme to one that's already integrated with us (we have over 90 themes integrated). Thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve our service. If there’s anything else we can assist you with or if you have further questions, please feel free to reach out. All the best, Alex @ PagePilot.ai
