E' da più di un mese che ho ordinato un orologio e non mi viene consegnato nonostante l'importo sia stato già prelevato dalla mia carta. Ho scritto più volte all'indirizzo supporto clienti di Paganidesignstore e direttamente sulla chat presente sul sito ma dopo una prima risposta non mi rispondono più. A questo punto dubito fortemente di ricevere mai né il prodotto né il rimborso
Il 31.01.2024 ho ricevuto il rimborso, anche se non si è capito perchè non hanno risposto alle numerose mail di richiesta spiegazioni e, come ha scritto l'altro utente su trustpilot, non hanno mai inviato l'orologio inviato.

I've been most likely scammed.
Placed an order on paganidesignstore.com without checking trustpilot first (I was stupid, I know) and paid extra for express shipping. On the platform it says it has been shipped 7 days ago, but provided no tracking number or carrier. It should have definitely arrived until today. I contacted them asking for a tracking number and carrier, then got a reply from a chat bot probably, who said I will receive it in few days. After a second mail, no reply. Absolutely avoid these scammers!

That seller did not make this trustpilot. The website i work for did. But anyone out there buying from any seller and website, real or scammers, will still complain here on our Truspilot. If we had known we woujld never have started this Trustpilot page.

Ordered a watch never received.
The below reply is the exact type of response is exactly what I get from their support from the main website that is registered to this trust pilot account, even the same e-mail address.
So don't pretend I bought it from a dealer like AliExpress, I bought it directly at the source the email address replying to these emails also replied to my order.
Things he has said: shipment is on the way, we already shipped it, oh we lost it, we will send you a new one. Then they said they shipped a new one but never gave me a track and trace. Then when asking for it they suddenly send me an email my order was canceled and would be refunded, this is months and months ago, they stopped replying to my emails and never send me a single working track and trace, never send me a watch and never refunded me. They stopped replying months ago.
I ordered 07/08/2023 and today is 22/03/2024.
My order number was 10701051, paid €103,50euro and they just keep sending lengthy responses like this with no proof or track and trace or actual refund, they just keep saying they will do it.
I would advise everyone who has gone through this to make a claim with their local police and save their e-mails and replies like this with the same e-mail address pretending they are a different company. I bought the watch at this exact company registered to this exact trust pilot account and the exact same email address that replies to these reviews replied to my questions about shipping saying they already shipped it/forgot/lost it/send it again/lost it again/ canceled order/refunded but didn't do any of those things or send a working track&trace, nothing just a heap of words while keeping my money.

Yes we are one of the sellers of PD watches and started this Truspilot to be transparant. But as I said multiple times in response here, anyone can sell PD wathces and anyone, whoever they buy from can complain here even if they never bought from us. So yes I removed our links to truspilot as I don't want us to be associated with all this negativity that has nothing to do with us just because there are other scammers and sellers out there that do not care about the PD brand.
There are no official European distributor. Anyone who sell PD watches, a retailer, a reseller, a website, your friendly naighbour buying from Aliexpress selling on Etzy, etc, can call themself offcial this or that, If you look closely it is clear everyone does too. They do because there is nobody to stop it. You think Chinese governemt care about trademarks? The owner himself don't care as long as others do the selling for him and they sell.
Aliexpress stores and sellers are not known to be easy to deal with as they can have any kind of customer service they want. Try contacting Aliexpress to complain? Amazon sellers are all resellers buying from Aliexpress sellers or other Chinese platforms.
I suggest you check out who owns the first registered Pagani Design Trademark. That others put officials on their website statements, bank account and credit statements does not mean anything.
Edit to reply: Write down the website then and show everyone if you think you are right becauseI know your not!! Everey seller is in competiton to eachotheter and everyone with a website has different order numbers and only they know their own customer. I can tell you that order number is not ours so again please tell us all who the fake website is !!! I want you to do it!!

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage! After watching reviews on YouTube for pagani's I decided to order one off aliexpres. I thought the specs for the price were too good to be true and they were. When it arrived I removed it from its packaging and went to undo the clasp which immediately broke and cut my finger. The braclet was definitely the worst part as it was unusuable and only fit for the bin. It broke in 2 place's at the clasp and had sharp edges. Also if you run your finger across the crystal onto the ceramic bezzle insert that also felt very sharp. After finding out it would cost me more to return it to China than what I payed for it. I decided I would keep it and store it safely in the kitchen bin. Avoid!

Complete rip off
Complete rip off. They say there watches are waterproof but they are not. My watch had water ingress after a one minute swim. And they give me no refund because they say that there 100m waterproof watch is not made for swimming. Warning Warning rip off company.

I have no idea who you bought your watch from but in general 10 ATM/Bar (100m) does not mean you can scubadive down to 100m. You can check out any standard brand and they have the same rating. 10 ATM means light swimming, but no jumping, diving or too hot water as that add too much preassure. But I would recommend only swimming with 20 Bar. For scubadiving a watch need a preassure valve and the cost would be very high. In gereral use common sence.

Nous avons acheté en ligne sur PAGANI Luxury et il est impossible de les contacter suite à un problème avec le bracelet ...l'adresse mail qu'ils donnent ne fonctionne pas et il n'y a aucun autre moyen de les contacter !!! donc si quelqu'un de chez eux me lit merci de me dire comment vous contacter et quel SAV proposez-vous ???

There are many PaganI Design sellers and unfotunately anyone can be one, just buy from someone else and sell to own customers. Or in some cases just fake it for profit. We used to be number one website to buy Pagani Design outside of China, but was taken down by the Pagani Car company. We been back for a couple of years but, we also find ourself surrounded by many other sellers and websites all pretending to be real. Some are but some are not. If you buy from the wrong seller you are screwed, just like in ano other part of life you buy at fake websites.
