Ho acquistato e pagato un orologio sul loro sito. Sono passati quasi 20 giorni e, ad oggi, non ho ricevuto nulla. Fate attenzione.

They send the broken watch straph and customer service never contact you. Dont buy from them

lorenzopagani is a scammer watch site that advertises the full line of pagani design watches and delivers really cheap fake watch knock offs from china. I have now found others through FB that have been duped. They pretend to offer discounted prices on the full pagani line but end up shipping some crappy look alike garbage and then wont respond to return emails and some say they want you to pay for the return shipping. They wait long neough that you cant stop the credit card payments and they do send you a wtach but its so cheap it just makes you feel stupid you trusted these buggers from china to dup you. be ware!

Esperienza a dir poco pessima un serio monito a tutti coloro che intendono acquistare da questa gente che la correttezza non sa minimamente a che mondo appartiene, ho acquistato un loro orologio ma poco dopo ho chiesto l' annullamento perché avevo sbagliato articolo, non mi hanno risposto si sono fatti vivi dopo più di una settimana dicendomi che non potevano annullare perché appena spedito appena arrivato ho chiesto subito il reso che ho dovuto Fare a mie spese con paese di destinazione Germania consegnato il 29/07/26 ancora non hanno emesso il rimborso ed ancora non rispondono alle mie sollecitazioni, tutto questo sia un monito a tutti coloro che intendono avere rapporti con questi personaggi, sinceramente penosi, EVITATE

Well, I guess I should not have fallen for the advertising imagery of an elderly bespectacled man in his oak panelled workshop coming to the end of his time and selling off the last few remaining watches at an 80% discount. Or maybe I should have read the reviews. However I was taken in and bought a Lorenzo Pagani Design PD1662 Automatic Black/Blue Oyster GMT and waited. Four weeks later a plastic bag with some deflated bubble wrap landed on my mat with a cheap Lige Quartz ‘Pepsi’ Red/Blue in steel and “gold” with a detached glass face. Not my order. No box, documents or instructions. Nor the promised screwdriver for removing links. I have emailed Lorenzo Pagani (Customer Support) and Shopify providing photographic evidence and have had no reply. So I guess I’ve fallen for an on-line con. Anything to say Pagani?

This watch was very disappointing, it was not like the photos & from a quality perspective it was very poor in my opinion.. When i tried to return the watch, I was told to send it to an address in Germany, at my cost, the watch was delivered back to me as Pagani would not receive it. Then i was told to send it to Pagani in the US, at my cost, again Pagani would not receive the watch! The watch was eventually disposed of as i was not prepared to pay for it to be returned to me i Australia. So i did not receive a refund & also spent $135 i return shipping costs. i would not deal with Pagani Design again.
