Slow! They take 4-5 days to get a simple virtual staging. They are cheaper then some other places but as an agent you want your listing photos back as soon as possible. They do a fairly good job and you can choose the room you want but some of them looked dated and I wouldn't use for higher end properties

Why was I unable to find a spot to easily request a change? I had no idea when I ordered how long it would take (did not opt for the $10/photo rush fee but once submitted there was no indication how long I would have to wait for a home that was ready to launch) & I am unhappy with one photo but had to accept in order to download the others... Not to mention I PAID over a hundred dollars for these images & they added a watermark! Not acceptable - will not use again

Not all the photos we sent were staged. Paying in advance doesn't allow you to do add-ons. We thought we might hear from someone so we could pay any additional and discuss the design options. Our twilight photo does not look the way we had hoped, but we didn't have time to wait for a do-over.

I liked my photos. I did not like the 3D rendering with furniture, the rooms looked smaller than scale.
