I ordered virtual staging with Padstyler Virtual Staging using Padstyler.com. The take more than 7 days to complete my job. It is horrible situation with Padstyler. Every other virtual staging company complete the job by 24 hours turn around time. While Padstyler takes lots of time. I rejected to accept their picture because after waiting long time I ordered with another company who delivered the virtual staging by 24 hours. After 7 days I do not need Padstyler pictures. I called them at 512-601-6303 many times. Left many messages. They never answered or return my call. I asked for refund. But the Padstyler did not refund my money. This people work from India. Simply cheating and dishonest business that Padstyler do. Stay away from this Padstyler Virtual Staging. You will lose your time and business.

This is my first time using the service and I paid for full virtual staging performed by the company. I received the photos the next day and out of 6 photos, only 2 were usable. One bedroom photo was staged and looked like a 1980's bedroom. All 3 living room shots put a couch right up against, and blocking, the slider door to the outside patio. There is no option to click for redesign request - only an "accept and download" option. I did not click accept and I submitted an online "contact" request and wrote in the issues and requested changes. I received no contact back and no changes. I just called this morning which is three days after submittal. I do not have my virtually staged photos and my listing is now live without them. Not good.

Do not use this company anymore. I have used them 6 times in past 4 years. They performed okay in the past but something has changed. Our most recent order was terrible product. So bad it was a joke. They were late and then didn't bother to email us that the order was ready. Worst of all they changed our credit card 4 times for the same order and then refused to make a refund. I had to file a dispute with American Express. What a big hassle and time waster. We will never use Padsytler again. I think they are going out of business so they are scamming their own customers. Maybe free AI staging is killing their business. Best careful. Texas phone number but this business is all in India and will disappear on you

I had a terrible experience with PadStyler. They were rude, dishonest, and completely non-transparent about their pricing. I waited five days for a response and never received my photos, even though they claim the job was completed. Now they want to charge an additional $99 to add a pool I already paid $23 for. Their pricing structure is a complete ripoff—charging exorbitant fees for things like furniture removal—and none of this is clearly stated upfront. You also have to pay in advance for a package of photos, only to discover the hidden costs later. I had to dispute the charge just to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and find a company that’s honest and transparent. I’ve switched to a better provider and won’t ever use PadStyler again!

I would give zero stars if I could. Delivered late. Staged nine photos - 100% of them with the WRONG selections. Their fault. Took way too long for them to fix their own mistake. No one to talk to stateside. No one to resolve the issue. Service is terrible. Never called back as promised. Huge waste of time, money and a promise of listing time to my clients.

The turnaround time for Virtual staging was supposed to be 24 hrs. I didn't get mine back until after I logged into my account to check every hour until 41 hrs. They didn't even send me an email or text that they were ready. Plus, they did an awful job of staging. Now I have to pay someone else to do it. I've wasted time and money. Don't use them! They are the worst. How can they be in business? Plus when I called to find out where my photos were no one answered so I left a voicemail message and have yet to be called back.

I placed an order and after 3 days received an email asking me to resubmit all the photos. Apparently they had a server malfunction. I submitted photos again. I requested a farmhouse style design..and specifically stated no modern furniture or danish influence. I finally received the photos after 5 days....and the rooms I had marked as office were designed as bedrooms...and with very modern furniture and touches. I requested they make corrections...and it took 2 days. I just received the corrections--they have made adjustments to the furniture to the correct rooms...but have placed VERY modern furniture and accessories. I cannot use these photos. They are not appropriate at ALL for the listing. I will never use this company again. I fell for the "Drew of the Scott brothers uses Padstyler to impress his clients" advertisement. I have wasted a week on a $1.375M listing.

I would never use this company again. It took 3 days to get my photos back which delayed the listing all weekend. I requested several adjustments and have yet to hear back from them and it's been 24 hours. My biggest complaint is the lack of appropriate shadows under and around the furniture. It makes the photos fake and clearly staged.
