Sent pictures to be virtually staged. Told me the turnaround period would be 24-48 hours. I'm now into my third day and still no pictures. I called at the 48 hour mark and they told me I would have them that night. Next day - nothing. I delayed my listing from going live while waiting- went live without the pics.

Paid big money to have a listing virtually staged and was promised them within 24 hours of purchase. I’m still lacking four of the photos and keep getting nothing but excuses and a rude attitude from everyone I talk to. Also, they claim to be from Texas, yet all their cs reps are overseas. I’ve also noticed they use the same boring furniture in a lot of jobs. Very unhappy with them. They are borderline scam.

BEWARE! They are on the verge on a SCAM site. This is not a company, this is a couple people with a website who do not deliver what they promise. I have tried to reach out 8-9 times with my issues with no call back. They Lie and Lie. Once they have your money, you are screwed! No, there is no money back guarantee. That is a lie. As mentioned, on the verge of a SCAM. AVOID at all costs!!!! BEWARE

Terrible service. Very amateur staging with furnishings that are not stylish or current. I have requested changes and they just send the photos back with one small thing changed and the rest the same. The scale is off . The items placed on shelves were off to the side so that they weren't even on the shelves but sort of floating. This business doesn't deserve your business. Whoever is doing my photos only works late at night so clearly this is a side hustle for them and it shows.

Use other rendering companies. Padstyler they never reply to emails, the time frames are 3 to 4 times longer than others and their designers have no clue on decor items. They do not pay attention to your request. Waste of time and money (that they have yet to refund per their 100% Guarantee)

Please be careful. Worked with Padstyler for the first time for about 2 weeks. Their designers for our Exterior 3D rendering decided to redesign our provided Autocadd files to their personal design preferences ie. changing window sizing, adding stone work to random parts of house, adding interior bookshelves to exterior of home details, removing rooflines, adding wood designs to garages to name a few. Advised Padstyler that they needed to strictly follow provided plans and not to attempt to redesign our provided house. Was advised that we never provided requested information. Showed follow up evidence (copy of dated email) of providing such information. Padstyler went back to the designing board with a provided list of errors. 1 week later design came back the same with at least 60% of the original errors still present, never corrected along with new Padstyler artist added design house adjustments. Artwork was very rushed, no attention to detail and a very low quality rendering delivered. Asked for a refund as progress was regressing instead of progressing and time was becoming of the essence. Was offered a mere 25% refund along with an offer to complete a new project in the future for us. We asked for a mere 80% refund and no future design credit considering we would take responsibility for not researching their company further prior to hiring. Again please be careful when selecting a rendering company for your marketing material as this one in our case was an extreme disappointment and failure. In all fairness we invite this online rendering company to review us and tell their side of the story.
