I used this company a few years back. The photos came back fine, but it took an inordinately long time to get them back. I indicated that in my review. I was then contacted by PadStyler about the negative part of my review. They asked me to make it more positive and if I did that…they would thank me by giving me my next staging request free. I contacted them this week about the arrangement and was told to contact someone via email. I did this…emailed and also called. I was assured I would hear back. I never did. Instead, I used BoxBrownie. Much more responsive. I am sorry I altered my first review, but I felt I would give them another try. They were still disappointing. Finally, any of the positives reviews may well have started as negative, but may have been altered too at their request.

Just wanted to drop a note about my recent experience. Gotta say, not impressed at all! 🙁 Despite the promise of a satisfaction guarantee, my complaints were shrugged off, and no refund came my way for this virtual staging. Oh, and let's talk about patience — waiting over 24 hours for order delivery? And don't even get me started on the quality of the pics. They looked like they were done in a rush by unskilled person. The images delivered were of notably poor quality, falling short of industry standards. Honestly, I can't recommend Padstyler. I wish I had read some of their reviews before I wasted my money!

I placed my first order 2 days ago. I chose Padstyler because they advertised 24-hour turnaround. I spoke with someone on their chat feature yesterday and was told they were aggressively working my order and I would receive it by the end of the day. I did not receive. I called the "Contact Us" number this morning and had to leave a message. I used the "chat" feature which stated that they were "live" and waiting to assist. It's been over 20 minutes and no one has responded to the chat. I submitted a request through their "Contact Us" and still no response. I am disappointed and frustrated. I told my client she would have photos yesterday and I have not delivered. This is NOT the level of service I give my customers. Partnerships are critical to provide an "exceed expectations" customer experience so needless to say I will not be partnering with Padstyler again.

The quality of work is very ugly. They use the same tacky items in different rooms for the same house. They tote themselves as the best, which is false. If you are looking for a stager with any talent to virtually stage, look elsewhere.

Worst virtual staging I have ever seen. I gave them exact instructions on colors and shapes and style of each room and they did not do any of it. They used tans when I asked for greys. They put busy rugs in rooms that didn't match the bedspread or decor. The wall art was the worst I have ever seen. I had to go back 3-4 times for them to get one room right and each time I asked when I would recieve, they said in 3-4 hours (the next day) and I didn't get the changes until a day after that. I had an outside photo I asked for flowers and green grass, and they asked me to select the style room... they didn't read anything I sent them. Terrible customer service and not worth the price.

Don't bother! They do not provide a fast turn around unless you pay extra - depite what their websites states. they do not provide refund. when you request these, they do not respond, preply or anything. Go to Box Brownie way better, easy to deal with. Dont waste your money with these clowns !!! Haha, they even now respond to say they offer a full refund, yet I haven’t seen mine……. Need more explanation

vendor did not honor the 2 day deadline work was subpar requests went unanswered multiple times for more than 24 hours did not honor their written money back guarantee website constantly has issues with simple jpg uploads after the job was paid and to add insult to injury, vendor said payment was received later than actual date job sent on Monday and by Friday night, we still did not have the job done properly causing a great deal of time wasted and frustration after providing feedback and giving CJ and opportunity to make things right, no response.

padstyler have delivered extremely disappointing images and horrific service. images took a multiple of the advised time, quality and realism were appalling - had to have the stagings done by other providers as they were unable to provide acceptable quality. In one case they asked for 200 instead of 25 USD for a simple kitchen furnishing to even start working on half of the order - after several days of inactivity. after cancellation even repeated pleas / emails to refund the funds for the not at all delivered half of my order were ignored. after way over two months i was forced to start a claim with my CC company. my 2c: abysmal quality - can be had much better and for less.
