Very good customer services - responses felt friendly and encouraging. I asked for help transferring a Padlet I'd started on an OCA course to my personal profile. My query was answered very quickly and my padlets transferred instantly. I've also really enjoyed using Padlet itself. So many opportunities to use this platform, yet I like how simple and satisfying it is to organise your visual work.

My department paid £89.99 per year for Platinum membership. I messaged Padlet on three separate occasions but *never* received a response. The first time was regarding faulty Padlet message editing software and the other times were regarding continuing our membership. However, I will now be recommending that my department does *not* renew its Padlet Platinum membership. Customer support is essential. Regardless, my first message also helped Padlet improve its software, which was still faulty when I last tried.
