PadletReviews of padlet.com

I fell in love with Padlet while teaching virtually. The ease with which I could have students engage in class discussions, collaboration, individual or group portfolios, brainstorming sessions, etc. made it an easy choice even before last summer's additions of breakout links. I am a happy advocate for this product and this company due to their excellence in continued innovation and customer service!

I really love Padlet, but to be honest, i appreciate the most their costumer support team. They just are so kind and supportive, they know how to help with everything!❤️ Thank you so so so much, with all my heart ❤️❤️

I wasn‘t able to archive some of my content and looking up the help pages confused me further. The response from the padlet team was very quick, friendly and helpful. It resolved my issue. Great customer service as always. Thanks

Really quick response with helpful suggestions

Best customer service we have experienced, my questions were precisely answered in very timely manner. We love the product and just playing with it. Very easy to use and customer service experience was wonderful.

I use Padlet for my academic classes. As the academic year has ended and there is a lull of 5 months, I've requested to stop my subscription and will restart when the new semester starts. Your staff's understanding is amazing and the response is quick to accommodate my request and schedule. Thanks a bundle!

My questions were directed to the right place, and in good time. Nothing was brushed to one side. The person was very approachable - and the problem had already been solved. Nothing just gets left

I cant believe I found a bug and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. And, you kept a quick and clean avenue for communication. Well done! I love Padlet!
