Worst website/app in existence. Imported duplicates from my ScubaEarth account as well as 'forgot' some. Also shows duplicate certifications. Ended up having to delete everything then re-log all my dives (over 40+ dives) and even know the website shows the correct # of dives - the hours logged is wrong and it is missing all my dives from 2017 (although the # of dives shown is correct). The PADI app on Android seems okay. The slider bars, forcing you to select a site PLUS asking you to rate a dive site is inefficient and wastes time. No way to 'save' your dive buddy and no way to export dive logs (see Diviac for ideas)

The PADI app is useless, so many bugs and can't log properly. My PADI on the web is just as bad, have to refresh the browser lots of times to load properly and when logging dives there are options missing all the time and errors coming up. I'm hoping to switch to SSI because the app and website is infuriatingly bad.

I made an account and purchased the open diver certification course, but the PADI eLearning app won’t even let me sign in! It just says “An error occurred signing you in. Please try again later.” Has been doing that for over a week and I need to take my course ASAP!

I just started the PADI elearning and within a few minutes found myself searching for reviews because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong or not reading it in the proper format. It bounces around in such a terrible way that it's almost impossible to follow. It's almost like you took a book, mixed all the pages up and put it back together out of order. I can't even determine where one paragraph picks back up and I'm only on page 10... I'm very much regretting this purchase and I see why dive centers suggest you take the course in person as opposed to the eLearning. It's a great idea for people with a busy schedule but in its current state, almost completely unusable. I'll be trying to get a refund.

This is the worst eLearning course I've ever taken. The setup of the online course is form over function - they're trying to have these nice graphics but it's an outdated style that makes it difficult to navigate the course; sometimes the course material wouldn't even load up! I'm in the middle of the course, was hoping to finish it this weekend but given the number of blank pages I'm getting it'll be Christmas by the time I finish! I suggest you update your online course ASAP to avoid further negative reviews. Perhaps have a downloadable PDF or simple PowerPoint presentation while you redo your online course. Functionality comes first! Fancy graphics and animations are secondary. Also, people prefer less clicks so don't have a million webpages.

To whom it may concern in PADI I've had my ID since 2006 and it's just worn out . For starters, How can you justify € 38 for a replacement ID card ?! AND THE SAME for an E-ID card , that's just ripping people off and I hope others see it for what it is ! Can you please provide me with a breakdown of costs to generate an E-ID card, what is the profit margin for PADI ? Diving is expensive enough without you adding to it. Chris

The eLearning for "The Adventures in Diving Digital Lite" is so bad. It is just a PDF file that you are not allowed to read in a proper pdf reader. You can not view it fullscreen on the phone (iPhone X user). There are questions in the book but they are not translated digitally so you have to save the picture of the screen. Print it out with a paper printer and then you can write your answers. This is the worst pdf/pdf reader I have come across, most free ebooks for the Kindle has a better digital quality format. They charge almost 60$ for this garbage, it should at least be interactive then and allow fullscreen mode. **Update** I have been in contact with PADI now, they say they will fix the problem with PDF is not fullscreen mode. But for me I will not help since I am now done with the advance course. To complete it it ended with me buying the physical book instead and to navigate and doing the test online I needed the physical book beside me to guees in which chapter I should do the test. This is the worst user experience I have come across. Would not recommend this to anyone. What was good was the speed with which Linda provided feedback when I reached out.

$ 47.- for an online replacement card ? Are you guys nuts? This is highway robbery at its finest. What a scam PADI is running and i hope people will awake to it and respond accordingly.
