Update: Signing Service has since reached out and informed me that I will be receiving the fee for travel and print of this order. They have been diligent in making this right. Signing was canceled due to signer not being aware of funds due at signing. Title Co instructed it would need to be rescheduled. However, I had already printed and traveled to the location agreed on. When I reached out to your scheduling agent to inquire about my print and travel fee of $50, I was told they would have to clear it with the title company even though it is in the agreement with the signing service. And now, the scheduler will not respond to me. It is unprofessional to skip out on a fee that was in the agreement.

It was my first assignment with Pac Signing, I called multiple times to get clarification of the assignment and no one ever picked up. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. I also have yet to be paid, and have no idea how your company goes about paying.
