Our experience was nothing short of amazing and we will be repeat customers once we have our fall schedules put together! The surprise element was extremely fun, we enjoyed that dinner reservations were in already in place, and the days had one booked excursion for just a few hours to not overbook the day so that we could explore the rest of the day. The planned activities aligned with what we enjoy as well! The hotel was lovely and perfectly located. For constructive feedback, I would pay close attention to the age brackets of the travellers when booking restaurants. One of the restaurants we went to had great food, wine and service, but the average age of the clientele before we walked in was around mid 20s and the noise level made it impossible to have a conversation. Aside from this very minor piece of constructive feedback, we had a blast and we will book again!

Having options and ideas for the weekend really saved us when I was struck ill and could not participate in the special activity for the day. The agents I worked with to return early were prompt, kind, and incredibly professional.

The trip was great. We had some travel issues at the beginning due to weather but the company helped get it all sorted. The only critique I have is I would have liked the to have had the tour event earlier in the week to help acclimate us to the city.

Fun and refreshing that I didn’t have to plan a thing. It was a wonderful mother/daughter trip.

Nina and I loved this trip. The team was extremely responsive to any questions and as well as incredibly helpful in extending our stay by one night. The location was spot on with what we provided in our survey, there were so many suggestions for food, activities and hiking spots. The prescheduled activity was not something we would have chosen on our own but we absolutely loved it. We would definitely book another trip with them in the future! It’s been a week since we have been home, and we find ourselves looking at the photos every day wishing we could go back. Thanks for everything! Til next time!

Amazing experience! Pack Up + Go planned a mother-son trip for me to spend time with my 17yo son before his senior year of HS. We went to Nashville and everything was perfect and expertly planned. If you are on the fence, just do it. You will have zero regrets!!

Our group could not have been more pleased with our experience! From the booking process to the actual vacation itself, none of us could think of one thing we would have done differently. We believe Pack Up and Go is the way to go for travel and will definitely be booking another girls trip! Can I give 10 stars?!?!

We had a great experience overall. From the location to the restaurant choices and the events planned. The only reason for a 4 star is due to the recommendations being very far away. We really looked forward to hiking but upon looking up recommended locations discovered they were 1.5 hours away which we didn’t have time to travel there and back for. Having estimated time on our packet would have been great
