Thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, the outcome of pack openings and battles is determined the moment the button is pressed and your balance is deducted and is not affected by any visuals issues that follow. These animations are designed to enhance your experience, but their performance depends on your internet connection and computer’s GPU. If you encounter any issues, we recommend checking your connection or reducing the load on your graphics card. Regarding the Forge game mode, we highly encourage users to familiarize themselves with any game mode on any platform before spending their balance. YouTube videos are a great source to learn, or try our free demo spin! You can withdraw the value of any item you win directly to the crypto wallet of your choice. This process is explained clearly both before you deposit and when an item is in your cart. As always, we pride ourselves on our fairness and transparency across all site game modes, which you can learn more about here: https://packdraw.com/fairness

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to go through a streak without hitting a gold spin, though it’s important to note that such occurrences, while possible, are statistically rare. We recommend reviewing the volatility of each pack before opening, as PackDraw offers a variety of options—ranging from high-risk, high-reward packs to those with lower risk and more frequent returns. We always display the odds transparently so that you can make informed decisions before playing. We also want to assure you that PackDraw is not a scam. Our platform runs on a provably fair system powered by the EOS blockchain, ensuring that all outcomes are fully transparent and tamper-proof. Additionally, our house edge is one of the lowest in the industry, much lower than competitors like Hypedrop, which exceeds 15%. We are dedicated to providing a fair, trustworthy experience for all players. You can learn more about how our fairness system works here: https://packdraw.com/fairness.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While we understand the comparison, PackDraw is much more than just a copy. We’ve taken inspiration from successful and trusted brands in the industry, but we’ve also expanded on those ideas. In fact, we were the first to introduce the gold feature, which has since been widely adopted by others. Additionally, we offer exclusive game modes like Point Rush and Jackpot that are unique to PackDraw. In just over a year since our launch, we’ve become the leading choice for the community, trusted by hundreds of thousands of players worldwide, and continue to innovate with fresh, exciting features. As for the claim of being a scam, we want to reassure you that PackDraw is built on a provably fair system using the EOS blockchain, ensuring transparency and tamper-proof outcomes. Our fairness system is fully transparent, and you can learn more about it here: https://packdraw.com/fairness.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Experiencing months without hitting a gold spin, while possible, is extremely rare based on probability. We encourage players to check the volatility of each pack before opening, as we offer a range of high-risk, high-reward packs as well as lower-risk options with more frequent, smaller returns. All odds are transparently displayed before you make a choice. Additionally, ‘loss-back’ isn’t applied to accounts that are still in profit, and in your case, this includes your net +$80. Lastly, we want to reassure you that our system is entirely fair and cannot be manipulated. It’s built on the EOS blockchain, which guarantees transparency and tamper-proof outcomes. This level of trust and fairness has helped PackDraw become a leader in the industry, with a community that relies on our proven system.
