Very nice employees

They were very quick, energetic, and determined not to g over my two hour time limit-- which I really appreciated. It was a little unnerving the way they stacked and stuffed everything into the container so incredibly tight, saying that they knew what they were doing. And even though it didn't make for the most optimal UNpacking experience, I suppose they knew what they were doing and the contents in fact did not move around inside the container. They did seem to have some training-- as opposed to most of the people on my other moves. They were polite and professional.

Movers took care of items and unloaded in correct locations. No damaged items. Finished in time quoted. Delayed start at pods facility. Late mover arrival.

Lost keys. The couch didn't fit (I know you don't guarantee that everything will fit, but he didn't tell me that the couch wouldn't fit until there wasn't a reasonable place for it.) On arrival, many of the boxes were crushed. He insisted on taping the keys to my hutch to the back of the blanket - but they were gone when they got here. It cost me $150 to get the hutch open.

The 3 men crew were prompt, professional, and kind. They went straight to work and handled the workload sufficiently. Although, they needed two additional hours to load the truck, it was of no fault of their own.

Great crew, protected valuables and did great job packing the POD

Both teams were very good at informing us of arrival time, and also turned up as expected. The crews were very efficient loading and unloading, 16 ft POD in less than the contracted 3 hours. Our only constructive criticism, they should have used more paper pads, some of the wooden pieces were only shrink wrapped where better protection should have been used.

I was able to resolve my billing dispute, which is good. The only other comment I would make is that purchasers of the services should be careful to manage the people sent by Pack and Load Services to make sure they carefully pack your items and load your PODs, maximize the space in the PODs, and follow your instructions.
