The movers were scheduled for 12-1 arrival. Notified by you that it was now from 1-3. I had people at the house to help me once the movers started moving stuff in, but only until 4pm. Received another call that movers would arrive around 3;30. Movers did not arrive until after 4pm, my help left MOvers finally showed up around 4:15. I call and left messages and filled out the form 3 separate times for a call back regarding the arrival time. A call was never returned. Very Poor customer service after the move.

I paid extra for a heavy item to be put downstairs. Moving team said several items could not go downstairs. I requested a refund for that one item that I paid extra for. I have never heard from them again even though I was told I would get a call from management. The team did not handle my items with care. I would not use them again. I actually canceled my second appointment to have them help unload a pod. I hired another company.

This was the absolute worst moving company I have ever used. They dropped a lamp and broke it and their insurance doesn’t cover any damages over $25. They didn’t show up with any supplies that were supposed to be included like shink wrap. That caused us to incur additional expense as well as time to go purchase supplies. Not a single apology from pack and load or anything to fix the issues we had.

The guys who packed my household goods from Florida didn’t pack with each tv all the cords that went with five of my tvs. I am trying to find cords for each tv. Also my German Shrank key is missing and should have been taped to the shrank somewhere and I can’t open it to put the glass shelves inside. Before my beautiful dinette table left my home in FL the base legs were cracked and broken. I just happened to find it sitting by itself which it was not placed with the table. I would never use pack and load again nor refer them. I filed my claim and my table has been discontinued from Ashley Furniture and they need to replace my entire table. I took the liberty in GA to make a nice lunch for the pack and load crew unloading my furniture in GA. They took some time to eat and this time was included in my three hours which I went over 40 minutes for and was charged $189. I was also charged $75 to connect my grandfather clock. No one connected my clock and I called them for this refund which I was told I would be reimbursed and NEVER got the $75.

Not the best experience from the company . Would never use this service again. Was told one thing however didn't get what I was told. Was very dismissive Lacked good Customer service. No recommendations from my end

Their Sales Rep upcharged me $150 for 30-sheets of padded paper saying I will only pay for what they use. The movers used 10-sheets of padded paper documented on their signed Work Order form. After speaking to Customer Service twice to request a refund. I was directed to their website to send a message to Billing Inquiry, but no response. Finally, I called Billing on the phone, who said she didn't see the message. She agreed to refund $107 to my credit card within 7 business days. 3 weeks have passed with no refund!

Pack and load will contract out with local movers. Not a problem with that. However, the movers that we had took 8 hours to unload two 16ft containers. People laughed watching them move and said it's clear they are getting paid by the hour. When you call pack and load to complain, they don't do anything about it. I asked if they could just assemble the beds. They argued and said we don't do that despite it being in the contract. I finally asked the team to leave after I caught them sitting and doing nothing just checking their phones. When calling pack and load, they never actually get back to you about final complaints. I asked for at least 2 hours to be removed from the charge and they never call you back. I called every other day for 3 weeks and never once got a call back. Managers are always out for lunch or "reviewing the case"

I work from home using government issued equipment from the department of veterans affairs. I instructed the packers several times not to pack my laptop because I am responsible for it. They packed it in the pod with boxes and furniture and did not retrieve it as I asked. This put me in a difficult position on my job
