packandloadservices.comReviews of packandloadservices.com

The team was efficient and quick. They got most of the items loaded easily. My only complaint was that we ordered wardrobe boxes and they were not used. I did not see a refund or statement correction for the materials ordered and not used. That was not good. Clothing was dumped into a box and subsequently they were very wrinkled.

This review is based in the two ends service. Crews loading and unloading were very polite, efficient and punctual. They made their respective part inside the three hours mark. So far, so good. However, team loading the container made important mistakes securing the furniture and boxes. Some big pieces moved and compressed each other towards the entrance. Fortunately, thanks to the quality of packaging no major damage occurred. We have pictures probing our point. Unloading crew made a great job removing the goods avoiding any collapse. Many boxes (we had more than 120 items) were out of place, probably because they were not properly oriented. In short, they missed the fifth star because the poor loading, but got at least four stars thanks to the unloading crew. Still we recommend Pack & Load Services, it is a serious and professional organization.

The moving team was great - on time, efficient, careful. I did not give 5-stars due to pricing and policy - 3 hr min when they were done in 90 min, extra $ for Sunday and 2nd flight of stairs. Especially as only 2 mattresses were needed on the 2nd floor - no dressers or other heavy furniture items. So, overall, more costly than anticipated.

They were on time, professional, organized, careful, efficient and friendly.

They guys were a little late in arriving, hence the less than 5 star rating. However, the work done once they arrived was stellar. They worked quickly and efficiently. Their approach was to start with "Yes" and then figure out how to make something happen. I recomend these guys...they did a great job.

They did a good job. Very fast.

Our three Packers were on time, courteous, and hard working. They packed our 16 foot and 8 foot PODS efficiently with the exception of two details. The first being they loaded boxes in the 16 foot container followed by large pieces of furniture that were too big for the 8 footer. This resulted in lost time as the boxes and furniture in the 16 footer had to be reorganized to fit. Even with that, the furniture was too close to the sliding door which resulted in slight damage to an antique hutch upon opening and unloading, as well as to a framed wooden mirror that sits on our dresser. I believe this could have been avoided if the furniture was packed first and the additional space in the 8 footer was better utilized. Thankfully, the damages mentioned were minor in the big scheme of things and nothing was broken. The online account management made it super easy to adjust services and keep track of schedules. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience.

They worked hard and got the job done in the time quoted. Unfortunately they were unable to get all of our stuff into the two (pods 16 and 8 foot). Probably our fault underestimating how big of pods to order, but the workers didn’t prioritize the things and make sure to get all furniture into the pods. A few pieces of a bed frame didn’t get loaded and some other items that we would have preferred to get loaded didn’t as well. Otherwise they did a good job packing the pods full!
