Properties such as yours have established delivery to the automated lockers to help maintain the security of the property. This ensures all residents at your property have a place where packages can be safely delivered and secured until such time as you can retrieve them. However, if you prefer not to use this amenity in the future, you can simply get in touch with your property team to make sure you have an alternate way to receive package deliveries based on their delivery processes. We are sorry to hear you had a problem with the locker system Sarah, were you able to get your package? As there isn't any contact information or location details here, if you could please email [email protected] to provide us with more information we can look into this matter further and work with your onsite management team to gain access to the package. Otherwise, while it is probably correct, it might also be helpful to log into the app and ensure your email address is listed properly since a simple typo may have caused the email delay. Please also let us know in your email if a barcode for that delivery notification isn't in the app.

Dear Megan, Please know that it is not our business practice to trick or scam anyone, and we are sorry that your experience has made you feel differently. Our automated solution was selected by the property where you live to help them provide a contactless way for carriers like UPS, FedEx and the USPS to deliver packages. Some management companies have chosen to include usage fees which are not solely determined by our company. We would welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you might have on how your specific complex has configured the solution or about your use of the system.
