They attempted to deliver my order once and cancelled just 5min after
They attempted to deliver my order and called me twice in a row. I was unable to answer because I was in class. As soon as I left the class, I called them back, but they had already cancelled my order and returned it to the seller. I called again to try to reschedule the delivery or have it sent to a delivery point, but they told me this was not possible because the cancellation message had already been sent to the seller. From the first call to the cancellation, it took them less than five minutes. Completely unreliable service, and they did not provide any way to file a complaint.
