Love the format it doesn't glitch and customer service is decent. Put in for a $50 withdrawal and I'm in the process of getting verified now so I will update when I have more information.

Won $60 off a free spin offer, go to withdrawal- they say I need to verify my account. Fine. No problem. I upload all of the required information, they try to say my ID is expired (I just renewed in June, it doesn’t expire until 2028). I reupload all of the info & emailed them back. That was two weeks ago (Aug 7th today is Aug 22nd) no response to any emails (I make sure to send one every couple days) & no change on my account despite them saying it only takes 3 business days to verify. I’m not surprised their rating on here is so low. Update: within one day of posting this review everything was rectified so I’m changing my rating from one star to three. They did change my withdrawal from 64 down to 50, after they verified my account. The withdrawal was pretty fast too, withdrew w/ btc & got it in less than five minutes.. I shouldn’t have to resort to methods like this just to get a response or to have my issues resolved.
