PacificspinsReviews of pacificspins.com

Trying to get verified?!?! Good luck. PacificSpins is a joke. They actually advertise as having “instant cash out” which is a blatant lie if you aren’t verified yet. I submitted verification paperwork on 11/10/23 and as of today (12/07/23) still no verification. I’ve emailed everyone I can think of and all I get back is generic response emails that are a script. I think they probably have one guy who actually handles customer service and the rest is bots. I’ll post an update if I ever get verified . Very terrible experience! Update: I did finally get verified a few days later…. Only for them to demand a “verification deposit”. Im sure that somewhere in the fine print it probably told me I was going to need to do this, however I found it very disheartening. I went through WEEKS of emailing and following up to just need to put more money and time in to them. No such thing as a free lunch I suppose.

They keep give me the runaround on verify my account. It's been thirteen total days nine of which were business days and i'm still not verified. I finally just gotta a response from customer service. After sending about 15 emails on what the statuses of my verification. And they sent me the same generic response that they always send saying it'll take a few days. After 15 emails, they finally reply to say that generic response so far. I would give this casino zero stars because the verification processes taking so long. I will update this review if they get my account verified at some point Customer service has been really bad so far with not responding to emails. I would definitely play on extreme, Brang, limitless, or yabby if I were you as opposed to this one. They all had my account verified with in twenty four hours. My user name is Jeanleight87 UPDATE: The banking department finally got back to me almost an entire month later only to deny my verification because they are saying my selfie isn't a clear enough picture even though casino Brango, Extreme, Limitless, Slotland, Windaday, Bonus Blitz, and Cherry Jackpot ALL APPROVED ME WITHIN DAYS WITH THE EXACT SAME PICTURE! How can all of those LEGITIMATE casinos be wrong and this scam of a casino be right. Give me a break! They will do whatever they can to not verify your account! I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DEPOSITING HERE. If you're thinking about depositing here just go ahead and flush your money down the toilet cause you'll be doing the same thing!!!

Well you can start with not discriminating against credit card users and trying to force them into this satanic money that is starting to take the place of it it is wrong I will never ever ever use it a lot of people won't and for this reason I will not play your games and I know a lot of other people that feel the same way there's no reason to discriminate against us that's almost like being a racist and that's not very popular nowadays but I'm sure you don't care

Can’t get account verified. No response whatsoever from banking department. Probably don’t even have one

Completely fraudulent. They will block when you attempt to get verified in order to withdraw your winnings. They should be fined and shut down.

They could improve by not stealing people's winnings

Don't bother. You won't get paid if you win. If I could give it zero stars I would. Try Brango, Limitless or Yabby instead.

I got an email telling me about this casino because it’s the sister site of bonus blitz whom I already have an account with. After redeeming the coupon for 50 free spins a few times I was finally able to make the play through and wanted to cashout my winnings of $50. Before I could do so I had to send in my verification documents. After sending in what was needed, I was told by the casino my account would be verified in 3-7 days. Over a week went by before I reached out to banking again but I never got a response. At that point I emailed management requesting that my account be closed. I got almost an instant response back from them stating my account was closed, yet they lagged on verifying my account for a mere $50 payout. If you want to actually be able to get your payout I would stay away from this casino.
