Ordered a custom made PVD DLC coated watch and did the entire process over the telephone/ email. Peter was amazing. Thank you!

I never have thought to buy a watch from the internet. To pass away "World Cup" waiting time , I browsed through the net on watches and a pre-owned TAG Heuer Aquaracer Men's Caliber S Chronograph caught my eye - at a great price (70% of retail), advertised as mint condition. Within 3 days by FedEx, which Peter agreed to absorbed the cost, I received the watch and was surprised that it was as good as new. A very happy customer! Thanks Peter for the excellent service. I recommend it highly to anyone looking to buy a watch to visit Pacific Bay Watch web page and keep a look out on the "Special" deal. You never know a deal is tailored for you. Mazlan, Singapore

I just purchased a new Breitling Navitimer World and received it today Very pleased with the watch and most particularly the service. As an avid high end watch collector, I have now found the one reliable source I have been looking for. My future watch purchases will all be through PBW!

I got my first Breguet watch and it came as described. As a first time buyer of a high end watch I was being particularly careful of my research and Irina helped me on many angles. Thank you and I look forward to shopping my next watch from here again!

Peter and the Pacific bay Watch team are stand up guys. Their website is easy to navigate and if you're looking for a certain watch.. they will find it! And my favorite part? They are very VERY reasonable with their pricing. Offering their best price up front, there is no need to negotiate nor worry about the quality of what you will get. I continue to use these guys for years to come!

Excellent experience all around. After talking with several dealers regarding a new watch, I decided to go with Pacific Bay Watch because of their attention to service, timeliness and highly competitive pricing. The new watch arrived within a couple of days of ordering. The timepiece was authentic and exactly as ordered. I am looking forward to doing business with them again.

Even if I was not too keen on buying forme the internet a watch in the USA, process was smooth, efficient and trustfull ! I would definitely buy at Pacific bay watch again ! Thanks Peter

Hello Peter: Thanks again for the A+ customer service regarding my recent purchase of a pre-owned Tag Heuer watch. The shipping time was extremely fast (overnight delivery) and the condition of the watch was better than expected! I forwarded a very positive review to Chrono24 regarding your company and the purchase. I look forward to doing business with you and Pacific Watch Bay Corporation on my next watch purchase. With sincere appreciation, Robert
