She is honest and informed, it’s doesn’t get better. Easy to do business with.

Communication was effective, and the watch's description was accurate. Fast shipping. Recommended seller.

First purchase for me. Excellent quality watch. The follow-up and communication was essential, especially during the customs clearance which was a bit complicated and long. I am happy with my IWC perpetual from Chrono24. Thanks again to Irina for the support.

Great service, easy access to product information and to people behind it

Irina was amazing. Helpful. Knowledgeable and courteous. Would absolutely purchase from again.

This is my third time purchasing from Pacific Bay Watch and all three times the service has been excellent. Communication was stellar and I will definitely be contacting them again when I'm ready to purchase another watch. Thank you again!

Irina is terrific. This is the second watch I purchased from her and the experience couldn't be better. She is honest, gave me excellent prices, and delivered both products as promised. Have recommended her to other watch afficionados, and will buy from her again ! Elissa
