This copany as represented by Irina demostrated true professionalism through all stages of acquiring my watch. They were very accomodating and the process was exceptionally smooth. My only regret is that they are not stationed in the UK! I would certianly recommend them for a safe , friendly and excellent experience. Irina , Thank you. Luay

I Ordered brand new Rolex special edition watch for my wife. At first had some reservations ordering $38K watch over Internet, but after reading some reviews decided to go for it. Peter gave me a very competitive price on the watch and upon receipt of funds sent it the same day by Fedex overnight delivery. Watch came as advertised. Very positive experience George

Irina and her team are extremely friendly, responsive and hard working. I'd been looking for a particular watch for some time, and struggled finding a new one on my own. As soon as I contacted Pacific Bay, they began looking for the watch and remained in constant contact by providing me with updates on their search. It didn't take long before they found one, and negotiated on my behalf for a price lower than what the seller had listed on multiple websites. I was wary of the seller because of some of their reviews, but Irina and Pacific Bay reassured me by providing their own warranty and even tested the watch themselves before sending it on to me. I highly recommend using Pacific Bay, and plan on doing so again.

I recently purchased a Breitling Super Avenger that I had been looking all over for from Pacific Bay. They found the watch and had a great price. I worked with Peter, who answered all of my questions immediately. As a huge fan of watches, I can't see myself buying from any other company in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Bay.

I have now bought 4 watches from Peter and each time has been a pleasure. The watches have ranged from a fairly standard Tag to a beautiful limited edition Breitling but the service received was equally good every time. If Pacific Bay have the watch you want, they are the guys to buy it from. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a high end gold watch from PBW in Jan 2014 and so pleased with the price, quality, comms, shipping, etc. I too was nervous about spending a large sum on the web with an online retailer, so did a lot of checks and homework before buying. The result was very pleasing. Would surely buy again. Thanks.
