Product worked well, so I subscribed. I started getting more orders than I signed up for and was getting charged way more than I had agreed to pay. They started increasing the price of the orders and sending me random junk like umbrellas and stuffed animals. After getting a couple of orderers that were never authorized under my subscriptions agreement, I emailed them and they didn't do anything. There are also alternatives to their food toppers. There are also alternatives that are cheaper. Tl;dr: overpriced, customer service is bad, and they won't refund you even if you deserve it.

As others have posted this company is a scam, don't purchase anything from Pacagen. I ordered a one time purchase, in less than three weeks I received an email with information on another order, they get your credit card number and put you on a subscription, you can't cancel the new order because you can not contact this company ( only by email) then when they email you back, they say " the package has already been processed and can't be canceled " there is an address in the BBB information about this crap company, I'm going to return everything back to that address and try to distribute the charges through my bank. Wish me luck!!

This company filled my auto-ship order 4 days early. I didn’t need it yet so as soon as I got the email I quickly went to my account to cancel and there was no option to cancel. I emailed customer service immediately and they didn’t respond until the next day and told me it was “already packed.” I didn’t get the shipping notification until later that day so they still had time to cancel it but refused. I told them they shipped it 4 days early on a Sunday when I had no way to reach them and that they need to refund it but they refuse. They send no email to let you know ahead of time so you have time to cancel, too. I will never use this company directly again.

They shipped me the product missing the powder sachet that is the actual product that apparently neutralizes the allergy. They then refused a full refund because they stated their policy on refunds does not include shipping. They made the mistake of sending me a package without the key ingredient included yet somehow think it’s fair for me to pay for postage. They required several follow ups to get a refund even once agreed.

Worst, lying customer service of any company ever. I would never order a single thing from these crooks. Signed me up for autoship without verifying. Ships the autoship without any prior notification. Has not customer service phone number, only email and they won't cancel or take the return. We are bouncing the charge on our credit card and posting truthful negative reviews everywhere possible. Horrible company.

40 year old allergic asthma sufferer - product did not work. Sprayed every single day on all the surfaces. Small bottle. Lasted about 3 weeks max.

Product did not work and trying to get a refund has been difficult. Jumped through all the company hoops and was denied a refund. The stuff is awful and does not work for my dust allergies.

This company is a scam and uses false and deceptive marketing practices and steals content for it.
